Sixth Sense Actor, Haley Joel Osment Gets In A Car Crash

Haley Joel Osment met an accident and now he suffers from a rib that is fractured and he also injured his shoulder. The accident happened early last Thursday when he lost control of the Saturn car that he was driving.

However, his doctor, Dr. Paul Gilbert, now claims that the actor is currently in good condition and he sure would be able to make a complete recovery soon enough.

Haley Joel was driving his car and heading towards his home which is in the Los Angeles area. However, after the crash, those who saw him first found the actor conscious and talking.

Celebrity Gossip Confirmed: Avril Lavigne Ties The Knot!

Avril Lavigne may be from Canada and so does her now hubby Deryck Whibley of Sum41. But they sure did like the US. They exchanged vows and tied the knot in California.

Their wedding sure would rock your world, just as both these rockers have rocked the music industry with their creations. Avril and Deryck’s wedding was held outdoor at a private estate. There were only around 110 guests in attendance. All rockers, I presume?

Avril is 21 years old and Deryck, her husband, is 26.

New rumors surface by the hour -- that Tom and Katie are holding out for a better magazine photo deal, that Scientology is involved in the mystery, that Suri doesn't even exist!

Take a look at these pictures. On March 25, Katie, who was eight months pregnant at the time, looked ginormous. But then, on April 5, 13 days before she gave birth, Katie seemed to shrink.

And, of course, there was the never-ending public appearances by TomKat. The paparazzi followed them continent by continent, as the couple was bursting with joy over their impending arrival. But everything changed on April 18, with the birth of Suri.

Rumors have it in. Rocker Avril Lavigne would be marrying her rocker boyfriend Deryck Whibley soon enough.

According to the rumors, the couple is already preparing a traditional wedding ceremony for their trying the knot.

But then, this rumor has yet to be confirmed.

Neither Avril or Deryck has said anything about this.

And if it is true, this would be the first time both of them are going to get married.

Detroit police are now looking into what seems to be another fight for Eminem.

According to news, this rapper has been involved in a fight in the men’s washroom in a strip club. So that’s where Eminem’s been going, huh? Anyhow, according to reports, this fight occurred on the early morning hours at the Cheetah strip club.

The victim is known as Miad J. and according to him, he was assaulted by Eminem. Because Miad J. told one of Eminem’s bodyguards to lay off on a fan that was quite star-struck. He further tells, “Eminem started swingin. I wasn’t even expecting it. I was just minding my own business.”

Former American Idol Contestant Gets Charges On Child Porn

He did not make it big on American Idol. And now, Daniel James Boyd, or much known as DJ Boyd, has just been indicted on charges on child pornography. Of course, he pleaded not guilty.

He was actually arrested around last month. This was because a girl who was 14 years old called up the police and pointed a finger at Boyd. This girl accused Boyd that he videotaped sexual acts he did with minors. He also was charged of supplying alcohol to minors which of course is against the law. And yes, he also has been accused of doing sexual activity with, yes, a minor.

That’s forty years for him. If he gets the “Guilty.” decision.

Paris & Nicole, Back In Another Season Of ‘Simple Life’

E! Entertainment Television will soon be showing on air the fifth season of the reality television series ‘The Simple Life’. These two socialites and party lovers would be back on the roads and countries dealing with simple situations and everyday people.

Every Sunday, this new season would be aired. And this fifth season is dubbed “The Simple Life ‘til Death Do Us Part.” And yes, Paris and Nicole would be shown running households.

Where Is Suri?

It has been almost three months yet Suri still has to show herself. Suri is Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter. The public still has not seen her even in pictures.

Because of such a situation, even the German TV station, RTL, tried to produce an image of what this little baby might look like. And now people are wondering what is up with this baby. It looks like both Tom and Katie would not like to show off their precious little one.

But the Cruises would like a little more privacy. Through their spokesperson, they say, “If and when they do make a decision, it will be at their discretion and not anybody else’s.” In effect, it’s like saying, “Back off!”

LeAnn Rimes Will Undergo Surgery

This sexy country singer, LeAnn Rimes, would be undergoing surgery soon and because of this, she had to cancel three of her scheduled concerts for this week. She would have to undergo surgery because her leg has an infection.

Tomorrow, LeAnn would be going through the surgery which would be done in Los Angeles. Her condition? A tear in the tissue in one of her legs.

According to her publicist, “It’s a minor surgery but because of the infection it was urgent that she takes care of it right away.” And this, I believe, is a good thing, of course.

LeAnn ahd to cancel a couple of her shows. Thursday she is supposed to appear and perform in Hampton Beach in New Hampshire. Friday and Saturday were supposed to be set out for some performance in Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada.

It’s Suicide For Benjamin Hendrickson

Goodbye Benjamin Hendrickson.

This Emmy Award winner and part of the soap opera “As The World Turns” has committed suicide just this week. According to the police, Benjamin ended his life with a gunshot to his head. The police officers from his area went to the actor’s home after concerned neighbors called them up. They found him dead last Monday, lying on his bed.

Constantine & Kellie: The Split Up

It seems like Constantine Maroulis and Kellie Pickler are not an item anymore. It may have started out fine during the whole American Idol competition but the end seemed to have already come for the couple. Or maybe it is just a case of being too busy for each other. Who knows?

Constantine comes out and informs the public, “We were hanging out and talking all the time and I haven’t spoken to her in a while, so I’m not really sure what that’s all about. I don’t know if it’s her being too busy or thinking that she’s a big star now or something. I’m not really sure what the whole situation is.”

This might be what is on Constatine’s mind but he has got his own suspicions as per why the relationship has gone to such an extent. He even states, “It became a thing where everyone was asking her, ‘What’s going on with Constantine?’ Kellie possibly thought, ‘I came off a big show. Ask me about me just not about Constantine.’” Maybe Kellie would not want to have her name always associated with somebody else even if it is Constantine.

But it seems like Constantine has got more in his schedule to dwell much on what has happened between him and Kellie. He’s got a solo tour going on and he’s got to be one of the judges in a show for MTV. But he’s still the sweet ‘ol rocker who’s even got a message for his ex-sweetheart: “I wish her the best. I think she’s a sweetheart.”

Hillary Swank Tells About Her Marriage

Hillary Swank says that her marriage with Chad Lowe, also an actor, broke into pieces. She maintains that one of the reasons for this was because of her ex-husband’s problem with substance abuse.

Both Hillary and Chad decided on ending their marriage. They did separate previously, last January. She claims that she herself was surprised and very shocked upon hearing about her ex-husband’s addiction and that was included in her woes.

Says Hillary, “I don’t want to make it seem like that’s the sole reason; there were other factors. But that just kind of blew it open; it made me look at thigns a lot deeper. It’s an enormous obstacle to overcome and he’s doing it. He’s living a sober life. I know how difficult it is and I’m really proud of his sobriety.”

Both Hillary and Chad are 38 years old. They were married last September 1997. Hillary is opened that she did initiate the divorce.

Li’l Kim’s Out Of Federal Prison

After ten months behind the bars in Federal Prison, Li’l Kim is now out and celebrating her freedom and independence. This rapper has actually been sent to prison because she lied about a shootout that happened outside a New York radio station.

But now that she’s out, she actually flaunted the whole event by coming out looking totally glamorous. She got to wear sunglasses and wore an all-white outfit that bared her cleavage. Now, that’s what I call total independence.

Li’l Kim was actually sentenced last September 19 for a year and a day in prison. But because she did show good behavior while locked up behind bars, she was released earlier than usual.
