Jayden James was born last September 12th and the during the early days after his birth, people were still wondering what the Britney’s new baby boy’s name really was. It was only just recently that the name was revealed after some people were able to research the birth certificate with the former pop star filed.

However, there are also some rumors going around that the name of this second son of Britney’s is actually Sutton Pierce. But then again, there is yet no one to confirm such. Britney and Kevin is sure keeping their mouths shut.

According to sources, he got out of control with his drinking that he would often have repeated blackouts. And he was also seen hugging waitresses whereafter his wife told him to get help or she’s leaving him.

He chose to save his marriage of 17 years. So now he’s at the Hazelden Springbrook alcohol rehab facility located in Oregon. It’s going to take him 30 days to sober up. He tells a friend, “My drink of choice was vodka. I would buy two pints at a time, one for each jacket pocket. But I had to be careful. I didn’t want to be seen buying liquor every day.”

Haley Joel Osment met an accident and now he suffers from a rib that is fractured and he also injured his shoulder. The accident happened early last Thursday when he lost control of the Saturn car that he was driving.

However, his doctor, Dr. Paul Gilbert, now claims that the actor is currently in good condition and he sure would be able to make a complete recovery soon enough.

The victim is known as Miad J. and according to him, he was assaulted by Eminem. Because Miad J. told one of Eminem’s bodyguards to lay off on a fan that was quite star-struck. He further tells, “Eminem started swingin. I wasn’t even expecting it. I was just minding my own business.”

He did not make it big on American Idol. And now, Daniel James Boyd, or much known as DJ Boyd, has just been indicted on charges on child pornography. Of course, he pleaded not guilty.

He was actually arrested around last month. This was because a girl who was 14 years old called up the police and pointed a finger at Boyd. This girl accused Boyd that he videotaped sexual acts he did with minors. He also was charged of supplying alcohol to minors which of course is against the law. LeAnn Rimes Will Undergo Surgery

This sexy country singer, LeAnn Rimes, would be undergoing surgery soon and because of this, she had to cancel three of her scheduled concerts for this week. She would have to undergo surgery because her leg has an infection.

Tomorrow, LeAnn would be going through the surgery which would be done in Los Angeles. Her condition? A tear in the tissue in one of her legs.

According to her publicist, “It’s a minor surgery but because of the infection it was urgent that she takes care of it right away.” And this, I believe, is a good thing, of course.

It’s Suicide For Benjamin Hendrickson

Goodbye Benjamin Hendrickson.

This Emmy Award winner and part of the soap opera “As The World Turns” has committed suicide just this week. According to the police, Benjamin ended his life with a gunshot to his head. The police officers from his area went to the actor’s home after concerned neighbors called them up. They found him dead last Monday, lying on his bed.

Constantine & Kellie: The Split Up

It seems like Constantine Maroulis and Kellie Pickler are not an item anymore. It may have started out fine during the whole American Idol competition but the end seemed to have already come for the couple. Or maybe it is just a case of being too busy for each other. Who knows?

Constantine comes out and informs the public, “We were hanging out and talking all the time and I haven’t spoken to her in a while, so I’m not really sure what that’s all about. I don’t know if it’s her being too busy or thinking that she’s a big star now or something. I’m not really sure what the whole situation is.”

But it seems like Constantine has got more in his schedule to dwell much on what has happened between him and Kellie. Hillary Swank says that her marriage with Chad Lowe, also an actor, broke into pieces. She maintains that one of the reasons for this was because of her ex-husband’s problem with substance abuse.

Both Hillary and Chad decided on ending their marriage. They did separate previously, last January. She claims that she herself was surprised and very shocked upon hearing about her ex-husband’s addiction and that was included in her woes.

Says Hillary, “I don’t want to make it seem like that’s the sole reason; there were other factors. But that just kind of blew it open; it made me look at thigns a lot deeper. It’s an enormous obstacle to overcome and he’s doing it. He’s living a sober life. I know how difficult it is and I’m really proud of his sobriety.”

Both Hillary and Chad are 38 years old. They were married last September 1997. Hillary is opened that she did initiate the divorce.

After ten months behind the bars in Federal Prison, Li’l Kim is now out and celebrating her freedom and independence. This rapper has actually been sent to prison because she lied about a shootout that happened outside a New York radio station.

This Hollywood actor is back on his feet after he collapsed during the filming of a movie he was in. According to the doctors, Rob took the fall because of food poisoning as well as heat exhaustion.

He collapsed during the filming of his movie “Big Stan”. In fact, this 42-year-old actor shot the scene at a women’s prison where the temperatures seemed to be soaring to high degrees.

Shara Koplowitz, Rob’s publicist, says, “The combination of bad food and the heat just hit him. And now, he’s back on the set directing today.”

Gary Gibson is the maid and she filed her complaint in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court. She’s suing Naomi of personal injuries, employment discrimination, civil assault, civil battery, and whole lot other issues. This was filed last Monday.

January 17 was when Naomi hit Gibson, as per Gibson’s claims. According to the maid, she was even called names by the model. And she was even threatened to be arrested. All these because the model got upset after she was unable to find a pair of jeans that she was looking for.

Naomi In Sydney For Nicole’s Wedding

Last Wednesday, Naomi Watts arrived in Sydney, Australia for Nicole Kidman’s wedding festivities. They’re friends, of course. Nicole would be getting married to Keith Urban, one sexy country singer.

Of course, the details of the wedding were not disclosed to the public however most believe that it would be taking place this week. I even do believe that it would be taking place this weekend.

Michael Jackson Still In Trial

For this summer trial for Michael Jackson, it would be his financial wheelings and dealings that would be uncovered and delved on. This would be due to a lawsuit that has been filed by F. March Schaffel, a gay porn producer and former associate of Jackson. This producer claims that this King of Pop owes him $3.8 million.

Here’s what Schaffel says: “Jackson carried no credit cards, wrote no checks, carried no 'walking around money' and had people attending to his every need," King wrote in a trial brief. Jackson hired competent advisers to make business decisions then frequently ignored the decisions being made and...incurred expenses without regard to any rational limits or accountability, as though funds were endless...”

Selection of the jury for the trial would be starting this 26th of June.

Paris Hilton has told Britney Spears the proper way of working things out with the paparazzi and their cameras. She says, Britney should try and cooperate with the paparazzi. It is not good to antagonize them. The best way to do so would be to actually handle such photographers with a smile.

This might be the explanation of heiress Paris Hilton. However, she states, “(The paparazzi) annoy me, too. I can understand going to a press event or a premiere that's fine, they're there, but when they're waiting outside your home every morning and following you around every single day it's hard. I'd rather them just take pictures at events, not at my house. I think it's better just to smile than when people give the middle finger or are rude to them, because that's what they want you to do. They want to get a bad picture."

Since going back to the United States after her birth of Shiloh Nouvel, her daughter, Angelina Jolie has had gone through her first interview in the US. She claims that the whole childbirth experience was frightening for her. Angelina is 31 years old.

She states, “You know, because you're there for the birth, which I wasn't for my first two kids, you're just suddenly terrified that they're not gonna take a first breath. That was my whole focus. Millions For Shiloh’s Pics

For sure, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt would be hoarding in millions when they sell the rights to photographs of their daughter, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt. However, the couple has come to an agreement that any money that they would be able to raise in exchange for pics of their daughter would be used for charities that would be helping out African children.

A statement from the couple proclaimed that they really were hoping to raise enough money so as to be able to help out save lives of newborn children in Africa. They also added, “While we celebrate the joy of the birth of our daughter, we recognize that 2 million babies born every year in the developing world die on the first day of their lives. These children can be saved, but only if governments aroundt he world make it a priority.”

Shiloh’s photos would be licensed to media worldwide by Getty Images. The company has claimed that they would be making no profit out of this.

Angelina Wants To Talk To Jennifer

So… it seems like the wife wants to meet the ex.

It has been going around now. Angelina Jolie has told Brat Pitt that she would like to meet his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston. Of course, she says that she would like to straighten things out with her.

With their plans of going back to the USA, the chances of bumping into Jennifer have extremely gone larger. Angelina claims that it would be best to talk to Jennifer so that in cases of accidental meet ups, there would be not much awkwardness between them.

A source has stated that Angelina has felt really guilty about everything that has happened. That is most probably why she wants to speak to Jennifer and at least explain her side.
